Where Strategy & Soul Meet

A space for women who have outgrown something and are listening for what’s next.

Verra isn’t a program to complete. It’s an invitation to design your life intentionally, recalibrate when you’ve outgrown the old blueprint, and build something collective alongside women who value both ambition and alignment.

Who Verra is for

Verra was created for women who have spent years achieving, creating, leading, and caring for others, and are beginning to ask: What do I want?

If you found your way to us, there’s probably a reason.
The women

Women in every kind of role and season of life, united by one thing: a quiet readiness for what’s next.

The Work

Clarity over noise. Spacious strategy over urgency. Depth over volume. Meaning you build a life around and a legacy you build together.

ABOUT US

We’re in this too.

We aren’t coaching from the other side of a finished life. We’ve both reached the point where the old plan stopped fitting, and neither of us wanted to figure out the next one alone. So we started Verra, building it in the open, one conversation at a time.

Adrene has spent most of her life wrestling with imposter syndrome and searching for her way forward. After working hard to build a career she was proud of, she was laid off and left unsure which direction to go. That season taught her that a plan can fall apart without meaning you failed. Today she helps others map their next move while still learning to do the same for herself.

Maegan is a recovering perfectionist who believed that if she worked hard enough and planned well enough, she could figure out almost anything. Then she burned out at her dream company. Today she’s living a life she prayed for, alongside parts that don’t fit neatly into any plan. She knows both sides: the life that looks good on paper, and the one still being written.

Adrene

CO-FOUNDER
“I needed room to lead on my own terms; that’s the space Verra was built to be.”

Maegan

CO-FOUNDER
“I couldn’t find the space I needed, so I built it: one that trades burnout for room to breathe.”

STARTING THIS FALL

Virtual Cohorts

We are building an exclusively curated program for a small group. There will be clearly defined processes and outcomes. This first cohort will be the one to help create all future offerings.

The Collective

The messaging has been consistently clear about our belief in not doing this alone. The collective is to become our flagship offering and the heart of Verra. A community for ongoing mentorship, growth, and accountability beyond a single experience.

COMING SOON

In-Person Retreats

Time away from the noise to reconnect with yourself and create real shifts. We are taking our time to build this. These retreats will work to meet you where you’re at, walk through what comes next, and hand you over to the collective to maintain connections and balance.
